Brave Lads

Magdalena Drab's play draws on conversations with Polish football supporters, exploring their personal histories, motivations and values. The resulting group portrait is sympathetic without dispensing with irony, resisting familiar stereotypes and allowing the community's ambiguities to emerge. The production received the Audience Award at the second Teatroteka Fest in Warsaw.
